I love my new patio door!!! Phil Carlton was great from beginning to end. He showed excellent customer service. The product delivery and installation came ahead of schedule. The installation guys were great too! They also arrived early, and the installation was completed within the 2 hours promised by Phil. I will definitely use Titan construction for any future needs.

We had worked with Titan a few years ago to give our whole home exterior a much needed facelift. Their craftsman and project personnel were unsurpassed. The attention to detail, the knowledge and the pace was wonderful. We were looking to remodel our main bathroom and had done some other minor projects around the house, dealing with temperamental and unprofessional contractors along the way. We started looking for quotes and began getting frustrated and discouraged by the people that didn’t show up, gave ridiculously high quotes, told us point blank our project wasn’t worth as much to them as they had higher costing jobs on the horizon, or flat out said they didn’t want the job. My husband happened to browse Titans website and discovered they now did interior work so we gave them a call right away. Before we knew it we had a reasonable quote, working with us until it was perfect, staying within our guidelines, price, and helping us to find the best ways to get what we wanted. The staff is patient and knowledgeable, they come prepared and make a plan with you. We worked with Arthur and Mark and they were truly the best we could have asked for. Spending time to get it right, being friendly, responsive, funny, a pleasure to work with, collaborate with, share ideas with. We never had to guess about the project or the components. Arthur came prepared and ready to bring our ideas to life. Mark was a wizard at the shower and floor tiling and both are perfectionists striving to catch anything off or out of place before the client. It truly was our greatest pleasure to work with this company and this team, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. They even took care to protect our floors and clean up every day. Arthur became a friend because he genuinely cares about his work and that is something we truly appreciate and respect when someone is in our home day in and day out. The transformation is exceptional and we look forward to doing our standing shower bathroom in 6 mos or less, then having them do our foyer tile and our front doors… we may even tackle the kitchen. This process was so easy and we didn’t feel the stress we did in the past with all the others. So grateful Titan is doing it all because we love that our home is a Titan home. Titan is such an outstanding company from start to finish they help me with my storm damage my house looks better then it has in years. They have such professional and knowledgeable personnel. They are the kindest subcontractors I’ve ever worked with. They kept the job site clean and neat. They really care about their customers. If you need anything done around your home. I strongly suggest titan construction you won’t be sorry

From start to finish, Rafe over at Titan provided an exceptional experience. Rafe is professional, incredibly responsive answering every text and call promptly, and always provided clear updates explaining every step through our lengthy home insurance claim. Entire project was not only roof, gutters, soffit and fascia, but entire siding, windows and new front door. Once things got started, all was done quickly and the workmanship was top notch. They left my property spotless after the installation. I highly recommend Rafe and Titan Construction to anyone needing home repair or updates. They are honest, reliable, and deliver excellent value for the price.

Highly recommend Titan Construction. We just had roof, gutters and siding done. The house looks great and we couldn’t be happier with results. Received loads of compliments. All the crews were great and cleaned our yard to perfection at the end of the work day. Phil Carlton was our sales rep, and he is a great guy to work with. He offered helpful design tips to get us started and kept us informed on progress all during the project.
